Established in 2017, the Academy Charter School Athletic Program is the first charter school on Long Island to be a member of the NYSPHAA (New York State Public High School Athletic Association). Since inception (3 years) of the Athletic Program has grown to (7) Athletic Programs (Girls Volleyball, Boys Soccer, Girls Soccer, Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Boys and Girls Cheerleading, and Boys and Girls Track and Field) The athletic department is in compliance with NYSPHAA Bylaw and Title 9 compliance. Our programs are offered in Middle School and High School (7-12 Grade).

• First Charter School to be ranked in the Top 5 (Small Schools) in NYS in Boys Basketball
• Boys Basketball had (5) Scholars received Nassau County Athletic Awards – (1) All Long Island, (1) All County, (4) All Conference – 2019
