The ideal candidate for the Academy Charter schools demonstrates commitment to the school, its scholars, and its community. The candidate will be meticulous in planning and refining instructional practices to improve student mastery and achievement. Candidates must have a willingness to serve the needs of the Academy and our scholars. In addition to being knowledgeable of relevant content, he/she must thrive in a high energy environment, take initiative and seek creative solutions that produce positive outcomes. They are expected to be team players; willing to learn from others and be responsive to feedback.
