Grade 12: Culinary Arts III: Restaurant Mgmt. & Operations/Practicum (Business Plan Required)
Program Requirements: Yearly Capstone Projects & Participation in CTE|STEM Symposium
CTE Certification Exams: NOCTI: Culinary Arts: Cook Prep, ServSafe: Food Handler, ServSafe: Manager
Work-based Learning Requirements: 54 Internship Hours
